Free shipping on all standard orders. Non-standard orders where shipping may apply consist of rush orders and on quote and or bid contracts.
We use either USPS or UPS Ground for our free shipping standard orders. Note, that any estimate of delivery dates does not include production time. However, most standard orders ship the next day and depending on weather, or unusual circumstances your order should arrive in 5 to 6 days if distant from our California manufacturing facility and even faster if you are in a closer state. We will notify you when your order ships with the shipper and the tracking number.
You must provide us with an accurate and deliverable shipping address. If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will notify you via the email address you have provided. If the incorrect address is our error, we will reship at our expense. If the incorrect address is your error, we will reship with payment of a shipping fee.
If your order does not arrive at the ‘ship to’ address within the estimated delivery time, check with the shipper providing the tracking number.
Once ADA 3D Signs, Inc releases the order to the shipper carrier, the carrier is responsible for the safe delivery of your order. If an order is lost or damaged in shipment, you should first contact the carrier with the tracking number before contacting us. Generally, it is the responsibility of the carrier and customer to sort out missing or lost orders. However, we take great pride in our customer relationship and we will work with you to resolve any shipping/delivery issues.
Our standard items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Custom products made to customer specifications can be returned if defective or are not correct due to our error. You will be issued an RMA (return material authorization) to include with your return. Depending on the nature of custom products any returns will require our review before determining any credit or allowance for returns.
Standard orders can be canceled or changed the day of your order or 24 hours prior to shipping. Because most orders ship next day, cancellations should be done the day of the order. If for some reason, a standard order has not shipped, a 24-hour notice is required.
Refunds will be issued as soon as the returned material is received.
